Trent brings with him a wealth of experience in functions management and operations understanding from hotels all around the world. His jovial and professional style of management never fails in maintaining high morale and productivity within his team.

Deanne Boulton   HR Manager

Deanne has worked as an HR professional for more than 15 years predominately within the resources sector, and brings a wealth of HR knowledge, expertise and ‘Dove’ personality traits to Victoria Park. Pretty flowers and chocolates always provides a big smile. Deanne enjoys time out with her children and plans to travel with her children in future years to broaden their knowledge of the world.

Rachel Abbott   Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Rachel recently joined our busy sales team as the Sales / Business Development Manager.  Having a strong background in sales, marketing and events has meant that Rachel has hit the ground running here at Victoria Park. With over 7 years experience in the industry from working in 5 star hotels, to nights clubs and bars, she also keeps herself busy studying desktop publishing in her free time.  Rachel loves spending her other free time travelling, especially sunny holidays!

Alyson Downey  Business Development Executive

Alyson has recently moved back from Sydney with over 10 years experience in the Sales/Marketing and Hospitality industry. She is a keen golfer and loves travelling. Alyson lists Europe as a top destination with Italy being her favourite country.

Ali Lord Sales + Event Coordinator

Ali started out as our Receptionist / Event Assistant and is our resident getting things done go to girl. A proud country girl, Ali takes everything in her stride, often finding ways to help charities and those around her. When asked if she could travel to one place is the world, Ali would love to travel to Monaco.

Jacqueline Moore  Sales + Event Coordinator

Jacqueline has recently joined our team having 7 years experience within the Hospitality and Sales industry. When asked what her favourite things are, she says sushi & chocolate - but not together! If she could travel anywhere she says she would love to see New York or Paris!

Erin Hammond  Event Stylist

Starting out in operations Erin found her passion for event design and pursued this with a local wedding coordinator. Stepping into the role of event stylist at Vic Park, ticks all the boxes for her which certainly shows in her enthusiasm and commitment to see her events come together. Erin loves to travel and gets excited over the smallest of details particularly when it comes to decor.  Erin studied Business management with major in management and event management.

Kelly Churchill  Sales + Event Assistant

Kelly joins our team as our energetic Office and Events Assistant which is perfect for her as she loves to plan anything and everything..”I love to-do lists”.  Now she’s set her sights on Victoria Park, and is ready to tackle the events market. When not at work, Kelly can be found dancing, something she has done since the age of 3½!  When asked if she could travel to one place in the world, Kelly would love to travel to Italy!

Jessica Lunney  Office Coordinator

Jessica has a passion for all things events and has just graduated with a diploma in Event Management. She is very keen to kick start her career here at Victoria Park as is keen to learn from what she feels are the best in the industry! She loves sport, sports an addiction to Red Bull and when asked where she would like to travel, she states "everywhere".

Kelly Felberg   Executive Assistant Manager

Kelly having nine years experience in the hospitality industry comes to us with a wealth of experience. She loves animals and her passion are her two dogs - Jasper & Pepper and her cat Lola!

Leonie Perry  Marketing Manager - Function Venue

With a passion for leisure and recreational activities, Leonie is excited to be part of the Victoria Park family.  Beginning her marketing career nine years ago Leonie has gained an array of marketing experience in hardware, fashion, homewares and industrial equipment.  Although a New South Welsh-woman at heart Leonie's vision is to promote Vic Park's true Queensland qualities. 

Joel Grant   Marketing Manager - Golf

Previously living and working in New Zealand as a marketing and management professional, Joel brings a variety of international experience to Victoria Park. Having previously worked in the golfing industry as well as holding qualifications in marketing, management and graphic design, Joel loves the everyday opportunities, challenges and facilities that Victoria Park Golf Complex has to offer!

Kirri-Lee Huggett  Marketing Coordinator

Kirri-Lee holds a Bachelor of Mass Communication from QUT and has industry experience in public relations, marketing and event management. From working in Brisbane for clients in the beauty, lifestyle, tourism and retail industries she is excited to bring her local knowledge to Victoria Park.

Allen Hill Golf Shop Manager

Allen Hill is our Director of Golf here at Victoria Park and is rated by the Australian PGA as an AAA member. He was a standout junior golfer and graduated from the nationally acclaimed Kelvin Grove Excellence Program. International playing experience is another credit to Allen as he spent four years in Virginia, USA playing the NCAA College Golf Circuit. As well as having the highest Australian PGA rating, Allen is also a certified club fitter for all major golfing brands but holds dearly his accomplishment of being an Australian Mizuno Golf Ambassador. This means Allen can find and fit the right clubs for you. His local and international experience has allowed Allen to improve all types of golfers to the highest levels.

Jenny Flaskas Apparel Manager

Jenny’s flair and style can be seen in her fashionable choice of golf and lifestyle wear that adorns the golf retail store. Careful selections of product and the ability to spot a trend mean that Jen will be able to find the right outfit for you! Always welcoming and ready to chat, Jen is a mainstay of the golf retail store.

Paul Donahoo Assistant Golf Shop Manager

Paul got into the golf industry to own his own jet!! Jokes aside, he has been playing golf competitively for 4 years.  Paul loves travel and Thai food...maybe an around the world trip is in order soon!   Paul’s jovial character creates a fun environment in the Pro shop where he works as our enigmatic Assistant Manager.  

Jason Peppler Executive Chef

Jason began his career of 11 years in Brisbane before spreading his wings to London.

Jason has worked under the legendary Michel Bourdin at The Connaught Hotel, conducted work experience with Marco Pierre White, opened the River Canteen and as a husband and wife partnership opened his first solo adventure; the Confit Bistro. He was proudly awarded Young Chef of the Year in 2004 and then Chef of the Year in 2005. Jason’s food is inspired by his classical European training which has been modernized by lightening it up. We are excited to present Victoria Park guests with Jason’s culinary delights.

Crystal Toohey Assistant Bar Manager

Crystal has been in the hospitality game for 8 years with hotel management and beauty and day spa management. Her soft spot is for animal welfare and training and enjoys beach trips. She really appreciates the beautiful views in her role at Vic Park and being able to chat to the friendly patrons and staff.

Natasha Anderson Bar Supervisor

Natasha joins Vic Park from her previous role as manager at the Coolangatta Sands Hotel. As with most first impressions, Natasha appreciates the chilled, laid back atmosphere that the Caddy Shack has to offer and the friendly patrons. With her love for Summer Natasha likes to spend time at the beach long boarding and during the colder months, snowboarding.

Jodie Hennessy Caddy Shack Assistant Manager

Jodie has travelled the world a few times over and jokes she’s “seen the sights and had delights from every shore". She also has a claim to fame after appearing in Scooby Doo the Movie! Never staying still, Jodie and her new husband Davo enjoy all that Brisbane has to offer going kayaking, camping, play tennis and four wheel driving whenever they can.
